Jag Khan is after four weeks of her weight loss journey and has lost 4.1 kg so far! She also lost 12.5 cm of her body and 6 cm around her waist! Fabulous!

“I lost 4.1 kg in the first month of enrolling in The Healthy Mummy” Says. “My dress size is the same but my clothes fit better.”
Mom is giving up junk food and saving HEAPS money
Before healthy mummyGag says she used to eat fast food every day.
“I was eating a fast food every other day before and maybe more calories. I was addicted to it. I love fast food but since my lifestyle overhaul, I only go once! Going once a month for 20 plus is huge!”
In fact, Jag recorded a file 12 week challenge, It’s for moms who want that extra amount of motivation and accountability. Consists of following three traditional 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges, but for participants, they will pledge to achieve their goal for 12 weeks, along with receiving a free 12-week challenge kit.
“The noticeable changes were my energy levels in the afternoon. Not waking up with a huge bloated stomach and being full for longer,” Says. “I walked with the kids to and from school most days, and this is about 4-6 kilometers and easily 10,000 steps!
“I’ve also noticed that I’m saving money by not eating a lot of junk food.”
For June, Jag says she’d like to weigh under 85kg. Her other goal is to rebuild her relationship with food.
“The health benefits are numerous,” Says a mother of three. “I have clearer skin, I no longer feel tired in the afternoon, I am no longer bloated and mentally I feel calmer and happier.
“I feel like I’ve done a full 360 in the last month since joining Healthy mummy. Not only do I feel happy because my body feels happy but the noticeable improvement has been in my mental health.”
It’s not just the smoothies that Jag is a huge fan of, she uses them too X control.
A normal day for a Jag looks like this:
breakfast: Healthy mummy smoothie with spinach
Snack: Cheese and tomato crackers
lunch: HM . Smoothie
Snack: HM Coconut Chocolate Brownie, Chocolate Chip Banana Bread or Whole Chocolate Chip Muffin
dinner: Meal preparation (lasagna is a favourite!)
Snack: Hot Chocolate and Coconut Chocolate Brownie HM

Jag’s advice to other moms
- Replace the foods you enjoy with healthy alternatives.
- Avoid trigger foods that may cause you to overeat and limit your behaviors around food.
- Take the time to set your own meal plan in the app and meal prep as you end up saving time.
- Embrace the journey!
