Keto Golden Milk Latte is a creamy, slightly sweet drink with a hint of earthy spice that will help you relax any time of the day.
What is golden milk?
Contrary to popular belief, golden milk has been around for centuries and not just a fashion that came and went a few years ago.
In fact, golden milk has its roots in Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine that dates back centuries due to the many health benefits of turmeric.
Nowadays, golden milk is not only used as an antioxidant and a way to treat inflammation, but it is also used as a soothing drink to enjoy before bed to get a good night’s sleep.
Just drink a warm cup of Keto Golden Milk Latte while relaxing in the evening to help you get a good night’s sleep. And who can’t sleep well at night now?

I haven’t eaten dairy in years due to the health issues it causes, which is why all of my recipes are completely dairy-free. This Keto Golden Milk Latte recipe is no exception.
For this recipe, I used both cartoonish coconut milk and cartoonish almond milk to create a creamy texture similar to dairy-based milk.
However, I used unsweetened non-dairy milk to reduce sugar and carbs. Just one cup (240 ml) of sweetened, non-dairy milk can contain up to 8 grams of carbohydrates. This may not sound like much, but it builds up quickly when you keep your net carbs at 20 grams or less.
Of course, you can only use carton coconut milk or carton almond milk if you don’t have both, but I would suggest you stay away from soy milk altogether.
Now, since I didn’t use sweetened coconut milk or almond milk, I added a little erythritol to sweeten the latte a bit. But you should sweeten the latte according to your preference.
Personally, I rarely add sweetener to mine because the natural sweetness from coconut milk and almond milk is enough for me.
Also, if you only have vanilla flavored coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk, it’s okay to use it. Simply omit the vanilla extract in the recipe.
