Crystal’s most important meal prep tips
1. Always make sure your work space is clean
During and after every meal I cooked, cleaned and washed. I also used a large bowl to put all the leftovers.

While you wait to cook on the stove and oven. Get your next meal prepared by getting all the ingredients you need. If you still have more time, start slicing and grating what you need for your next meal.

How did Krystal lose 20 kg
The 37-year-old is a mother of four who lives in Coffs Harbor.
